Established in 1994, Glass City International limited is specialized in all kinds of hand-made glassware including tableware and home decoration. Most of our products are made by mouth-blown. With our unique design, our product is not only elegant in workmanship; it is also first-class in quality.
We have two our own factories and also we cooperate with other factories. Some of our big customers request us to do factory evaluation such as social compliance and C-TPAT compliance every year. Besides that, we have 8 QC personnel in our Quality Control Department. They are in charge of quality control for every order. From the beginning of mass production to later decorative process, they check the quality in every producing process carefully. Even for the samples, our QC and sales man checked it before sending it out.
We have our own Research and Development Department. 60% of our items are designed by our own designer and it is proved later that the items sell good all over the world. The rest 40% items are designed by our customer. We just make the samples based on customer’s request. Usually, many new items will be showed in our showroom in every season. Sometimes, we focused on designing every day use glassware, sometimes, we focused on glassware for spring, summer, autumn, and Christmas etc.
We attend some important global exhibitions such as Ambient Fair in Frankfurt, spring and autumn Canton Fair in Guangzhou every year. Through such exhibitions, we can show our newest items to all our customers.
Our products are sold well all over the world based on first-class quality, reasonable price and good service, and thus we often get good reputation from our customers. We have many fixed customers in Europe and USA with which we have established good business relations in long-term. Our turnover has passed 12 million last year and it is increased 25% every year.
